When comics hit too close to home, are they still funny?? Or do they just make you go "hmmmmmmmm"?

My husband just accused me of valuing my cyber-relationships over my real ones. Close to home? Heck, try IN home :)
I scratched his back and made him a dessert. He's happy now . . .

Funny. It is SO true.

SO true. I think, lately, I've been more intimate w/ my laptop than anything else in my life.

Can't tell you home many times a day my answer is, "I don't know. I'll have to Google it."

Ain't that the truth? Wait, I don't know. Is it? Let me do Google it.

Hey - Nice to meet you at the blog. I think we need to create some sort of consortium of bloggers of teenage children. A support group that includes margarita nights and coupons for Forever 21.

Guilty. Ruled by my computer. Just as my mother was ruled by the length of her curlicue phone cord.
Posted by: standing still | June 01, 2008 at 09:08 PM
Uh, yep, definitely hits close to home.
Posted by: LifeAsIKnowIt | June 01, 2008 at 10:11 PM

My 15yo was on the computer all day for a school assignment. I've been itching to check my favorite blogs! So here I am, at 10:40pm, when I should be asleep, furtively checking my favorite blogs...
Addicted? I think so.
Hmmm...if I had wireless internet, I could use the laptop instead of the desktop...

Great cartoons. I love your cartoon postings.
As a google addict, I daresay technology controls me, but I control it first ; )
