In other news, the WW weigh-in was not as terrible as it could have been, but it’s a good thing I’m doing something about it.
I spent a couple of hours in the kitchen tonight and have my breakfast & lunch virtually packed for the whole week—it’s a ton of food and only 14 points for all my food until dinner. Quinoa, zucchini, tomatoes, chicken, yogurt, fruit—you do it and you wonder, “Why did I ever quit eating like this?” And the answer is that it is a lot of work. But totally worth it even if you’re thin. Eating healthy foods makes you feel better.
I need to close now and focus on Avatar on Blu-Ray. I need to be “present in the moment.” It’s easy to forget to do that.
