This week's Weekly Word Challenge words were Shiny and Era.
Here's a pair of shiny earrings from a different era. An era when my earrings were big, my hair was bigger, and my shoulder pads were biggest.
My i.d. was fake, the disco ball glittered, and after last call in San Diego, there was always Tijuana.
I would totally wear those out.

Yeah, um, I would still wear those.

I think my Mom (Trish) made those. Seriously.

I had some like that only they were hot pink and longer. I still adore long dangly earrings.
Oh and TJ...I have lots of fond (and somewhat blurry) memories of that place. :D

I can imagine those looked pretty great with big hair!

Big hair, shoulder pads, and when exercising, leg warmers!
Excellent job, once again, dear Jenn.

I love it when people find a way to get both words in one picture. Great job with those two!
Ahhh, big hair, big earrings and shoulder pads, I lived the 80s too!
