awesome picture. Yes, they do grow. This makes me sad lately.

Smalltown Mom

So poignant.

As adults, pictures taken 5 years apart, we don't really see too much of a difference...we see subtle changes.
But man oh man...with kids!! WOW!! Lot's of changes!! Great pictures!!

Kalynne Pudner

I love this photo essay idea! If I could ever find any of my old ones, I'd get them to restage it. 'Course, I'd probably have to fork over some hefty bribe money.

I love that you have both of these pictures!

Wow, so many changes :-)

OMG!! I'm pretty sure if we put our pic in now and 3 years from now...not so much changes. But kids, oh it makes me FEEL so old.

It's amazing how much they grow in 5 years!

oliver rain

Wow. I love looking at pictures like this. Are they cousins?

Wow! They have gone from children to grown ups in such a short time. Wonderful photos.

Claire B

Wow! Just, wow.

Jenn, what a way to catalog their lives!! Love the pictures, both then and now...awesome!!! So glad you shared!! And tell Music Man he has something growing all over his face. ;)

They do grow up fast. Very cool you have these two pictures!

Have a good afternoon - Kellan

What wonderful pictures! It's so fun to see them in (i think) the same place, but five years older!

Little Miss Sunshine State

We did this with my daughter and my sister's twins (10 weeks younger than Alli) at about 1 year and again at their high school graduation.

Sass E-mum

How they growl? Oh - sorry. You wrote grow!

They look too fab to growl. Unless they are about to scoop some salmon out of that lake.

Are they really all yours? Either I've missed a very important fact or that's freakin' amazing.

San Diego Momma

That is so cool!

Also, the first pic made me do a double take, b/c it looked like they were all standing on an alligator.

Limbic Resonance

Oh, too sweet. We're taking pictures of Peanut every month with the same bear. Plan on having that bear around for all sorts of things...hope she doesn't mind!

Wow. They do grow fast! Are they all yours?

Only five years????

Just Jamie

That is just so cool.

The Girl Next Door

WOW! Great photos and yes time does fly

It's frightening what 5 years can do to a kid!

5 years! Love the same shot 5 years later.

I'm thankful for the person who invented cameras and the people who have make them better over the years. Great pics. Great memories. : )

Jen on the Edge

Oh, I love those photos! Keep taking them every year.

WOW! They are all so big now!! do they have to grow up???

stephanie (bad mom)
