As a Barbie Girl, did you ever dip over into the sideline world of Jody and her Victorian Parlor and Kitchen? Jody had loooong red hair down to her ankles, and in her parlor she had a new-fangled crank telephone, and her kitchen had a pot-bellied stove that my own belly now aspires to emulate.

I used to pack up my Jody stuff and carry it down the block in our subdivision to Susan Rice's house, and she'd get out her Jody stuff, and I'd get out mine, and in some convoluted way, the whole thing made us closer to actually being Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Now I have to go to E-bay and see if Jody's there, waiting for me.

Oh, and btw? You have no idea how much you've made my week with the Women's Colony inclusion. Can't tell you.

My very first love was a 16" dolly received for Christmas when I was nearly 3. I still have her.

Later on, I had a great love of Hot Wheels cars and track. We had a shared set between the 4 of us that was a Christmas gift from our uncle.
And while I never had the real Barbie & Ken (those belonged to my sister), I did have Francine, Skipper, Julia, and a number of their friends. My treasured item was a Barbie bed purchased at a craft fair: a white 2-poster with pink bedding. This alternate world took place in an apartment building (a.k.a., my bookshelf).

These are really cute Jenn. I would have like them as a kid. I was partial to my babie dolls and my brothers GI Joe..he had the best camping equipment. :)

Mom Taxi Julie

Sounds like my son! He's always making things and inventing things.

Dylan isn't ready for these, so I don't want to win. I did want to say that picture is adorable!

How cool! I think my son would be into these :)

Green Girl in Wisconsin

Wicked cute--it would HAVE to be baseball for my house!

Tricia Z

I would love the Soccer guys or girls set! Thank you!
