I need a better comment than "Holy crap," as I use it too much. But that's all that comes to mind right now, for this situation: HOLY CRAP. I'm so glad no one was hurt. Crikey. (hey, there's a new one!)

Oh, and, YES, of course, please use the post for the Kitchen at the Women's Colony! Flattered as ever, dear.

Yikes! I am picturing the complete bedlam. So glad no one was hurt. Never a dull moment, huh?

Oh my gosh...that is so frightening. I am so happy no one was hurt, this could have been devastating to many.

Thank God the kids knew enough to get away, and no one ran in front of a bus or car! How frightening.

Plus - writing topic for the next day! Everyone will want to tell their story!

I can't beleive no one was hurt - whew!

Smalltown Mom

Wow! That sounds like a scary thing! Glad everyone was okay!

Reluctant Blogger

Oh my!! It is surprising how people shift when they need to.

When we were at a Firework display a month ago one set of fireworks went off into the crowd instead up into the sky and everyone flung themselves on the ground!

Wow! Scary! Makes my Swing-tipping-over-in-backyard-and-hitting-window-in-middle-of-night experience sound soooo not scary anymore...

Manic Mommy

Would've loved to see a few people's heart rates after that. Thank God no one was hurt.

Wow! A very scary and close call!

My heart is racing just READING this!

How scary!!

Green Girl in Wisconsin

That would've totally freaked me out. Electricity and water--never good.
