Smalltown Mom

Sweet dreams and I hope no one wakes you this evening.

Melanie @ Mel, A Dramatic Mommy

So glad to hear the puppy is doing better!

jenn

Crazy woman! Sounds like a great evening, though.

gary rith

Geaux Beaux!

Katie

Day late, your 6:41 is my 9:41 and I was already trying to sleep - but I do hope you had sweet dreams!

Glad you have good news about your dog - I feel strange typing dog because she is so small and looks like a puppy. Hope things continue to improve with her!

And Friday night sounds like a great time that you both probably needed!

Student Mum

I'm intrigued as to why on earth you have to get up at the crack of dawn? Do you work miles away and start incredibly early? I did it for about 10 weeks once a week and it was HARD, I was no good to anyone the next day - how on earth do you do it.

Ps Way to go on the late late night - us middle-aged women can do the occasional all nighter - just be creative with the make-up the next day ;)

Manic Mommy

Loved "she's a high school teacher, too" so casually (and accurately) thrown in there. Go you! Nighty-night...

debbie

I'm going to just say it here, that 5;15 in the morning? yes, that is the butt-crack of dawn. ;-)
So glad your unmentionable pet of choice is feeling better...kids and puppies, I don't like it when either one gets sick!
Sweet dreams, my friend...sometimes you need to do exactly what you did...you were with a good friend and had a great time. It's good for the soul!

green girl in Wisconsin

But sometimes you NEED that companionship! Glad to read the good dog news.

Fannie

It took a year for my body to adjust to getting up at the butt crack of dawn but adjust it did. You will too!

kcinnova

Been there, done that (minus the dog) and it will take days for you to recover your lost sleep... but I bet it was worth it!

Hooray for the good news on Beaux!

Tammy

I love that you did that! Sometimes it's best to just go with it and have a great time. There is always time for sleep later.

Brightside Susan

And you can't even blame it on the booze! Those long talks are the best, though - worth the lost sleep.

jenrantsraves

I get up at 5:15 two days a week, so I feel I can say this to you... You are insane!! Hope you sleep well!

busy bee suz

So silly. You both got your second wind and will pay the price!!

Maureen@IslandRoar

Aw, we have to do these things ONCE in a while, if only to prove we still possess some mojo, right?
Can't believe your doggie's on all those pills...Poor you!

Lisa

It had to be done. Friends like that are way cheaper then therapy! Glad your dog is doing better!
