I'm late to this party and I HATE being late. I would regale you with my story of a three-day internet outage which was totally Time-Warner cable's fault and I'm sooooo mad at them, but you don't have time for that--you have places to go and people to see.
So . . . yeah, my OPEN HOUSE post--you'll have to click here!
I will be around to visit all of you soon--I'm so looking forward to it.
As always, thanks to Jen for hosting.
Jenn, there's nothing wrong with reusing a great post when you're busy. Enjoy your time with family. Merry Christmas!

I can't imagine a 3 day outage! We're having 30 minute problems and not sure why...we thought by changing our password we'd solved the problem of the cheap neighbor sucking into our service... but still problems persist.
Anyway, stop by if you can.

I agree that the memories associated with each item are what makes them special - not the item itself so much. I think the handmade ornaments are the best!
I enjoyed reading your letter, and what a great photo!

I love the things that have been in your family since you were a child. Someday your kids and grandkids will treasure these.

Three days??? I'm so glad you survived!
The great thing about traditions is that they never change, 2008 is just as wonderful as 2011.
