Good news that your travel plans are set! Grownup Girl will be a princess or queen or goddess for sure on her day!

I'm laying out some rain gear and basic black for a trip to London in a few weeks.

And planning a trip to Boston in the early summer for my son's college tours which will take us only a short distance from today's devastation.

really big summer, awesome event for you guys :)

Green Girl in Wisconsin

SO EXCITING! Enjoy all of it--even the primping and prepping!

Janet

enjoy your trip!

I don't travel light, either, and for the same reason! I like to have choices.

When we went on a 7-day cruise a few years ago, the four of us had 10 pieces of luggage. Enough said.

I figure as long as I don't injure myself or anyone traveling with me by lugging my stuff around, what's the issue with my not being a minimalist packer?

Plus, a two-week trip is a long time! And I hope it's amazing.

Sounds super exciting (and a bit tiring). GL with it all!

Wow - so much fun! I am not a light packer, either. Beats not having what you need.

Busy Bee Suz

I love having choices too and traveling light is for sissies! I'm so excited for your family, so much good stuff to look forward to! Congrats to MVP for employment.

After a week like this past week, I cannot describe how happy this post makes me feel. I wish I'd had the time to read it sooner, but the joy is just as good today as it would be any other day. Thank you for that!
And CONGRATULATIONS! It's all coming together!

Mary: John says I'm pretty. Andy says I'm ugly. What do you think, Peter?
Peter: I think you're pretty ugly.
